Fundraiser Transparency and Accountability Statement

This fundraiser is a community-driven effort by Island Vibes For Life in collaboration with the Air Force Firefighters Facebook Community. Our shared goal is to raise funds to support the Gary Sinise Foundation, an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that honors and assists veterans, first responders, and their families.

Fund Collection and Distribution

  All fundraiser sales (including T-shirts, coffee mugs, and Hawaiian shirts) are processed through Island Vibes For Life’s official online store.
  
• 
  All proceeds after production and shipping costs will be donated directly to the Gary Sinise Foundation on behalf of the Air Force Firefighters Facebook Community.
  
• 
  Fund totals will be reviewed and updated at least every two days, and donation confirmations will be made available once each contribution is transferred to the foundation. New postings will be posted here.

Returns and Defective Merchandise

Each product is made to order and inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality.

  Returns: Because this is a fundraiser benefiting a charitable cause, all sales are considered final. However, exceptions will be made for defective or damaged items.

  Defective Merchandise: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong size, style, or product due to an order error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it quickly and fairly.
  

Our goal is for every supporter to receive a product they are proud to own, knowing it helps make a real difference.

There is no official affiliation between this fundraiser and the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, Department of the Army, or any part of the U.S. Government.
